  • Sanctions Policy
    Resources Group Logistics (“RGL”) is committed to carrying in business in accordance with the economic and trade sanctions laws and regulations of the United Nations, European Union, United States of America, and Myanmar. The management of RGL and its employees are committed to complying with all these standards. Any employee who violates the rules in this Policy or who permits anyone to violate those rules may be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, and may be subject to personal civil or criminal fines. This policy sets out the minimum standards that RGL must comply with to meet the aforementioned obligations, including: Screening customers, contractors, vendors, and transactions against international sanctions lists; Prohibiting, restricting, and blocking business transactions or activities that we believe may be in violation of the applicable sanctions laws and regulations, whether directly or indirectly. RGL employees and contractors must be aware of this Sanctions Policy and shall look out for any red flags or suspicions that may indicate sanctions compliance concern. The following is a non-exhaustive list of red flags: Customer is reluctant to fill out “Know Your Customer (KYC)” forms and provide information about company directorship and ownership; Unusual invoicing, shipping, or packaging requests; Unusually favorable payment terms or large cash payments; Customer is evasive about its end customers; Any suspicion or evidence to suggest the possible involvement of a Restricted Territory or Restricted Party; RGL does not tolerate any breach of this policy. Any suspicions of sanctions compliance concern must be immediately reported to the management. RGL shall routinely monitor the effectiveness of this policy regularly in order to remain compliant with sanctions laws and regulations.
  • Security Policy
    Resources Group Logistics (“RGL”) takes our security utmost seriously. We are committed to protecting our employees, facilities, intellectual property, information, reputation, and customers’ assets from potential security threats. Our security guidelines are summarized as follows: Proactive prevention is our first and foremost priority; Conduct threat and risk analysis and evaluation on a regular basis; Dedicated SHEC (Safety, Health, Environmental and Compliance) Manager and safety team to audit and maintain site and employee security standards; Screen employees during recruitment and probationary period to minimize potential security threats; Routinely update their knowledge on security guidelines; Screen customers using our RGL Know Your Customer “KYC” procedures; Conduct emergency response readiness trainings and perform security drills; Employees are routinely trained on workplace safety; Maintain and enforce strict guidelines on our facilities entry/exit procedure by employees, contractors, and guests alike; Routinely check and update our facilities security system (such as CCTV, fire fighting system, high mast lighting system) as preventive measures; Communicate and enforce clear guidelines on consequences for violation of security protocols; All incidents are properly reported and recorded, followed up by corrective action and knowledge sharing sessions to avoid future incidents
  • Social Responsibility Policy
    Resources Group Logistics (“RGL”) is committed to being a good corporate citizen of Myanmar, and expects the same out of our vendors, suppliers, and service contractors. Our commitments are as follows: Providing a safe and dignified workplace for our employees with safety protocols and access to facilities such as fire safety, sanitation facilities, ventilation, potable water; No discrimination in hiring, employment, and promotion practices based on sexual orientation, age, nationality, gender, marital status, disability, political opinion, religion, race, social or ethnic origin; No workplace sexual or physical harassment, bullying, intimidation, coercion or any form of violence; No involuntary, forced labor or employment; No child labor employment; Provide employment opportunities for the local community; Encourage open-door policy and whistle blowing policy to the employees without penalty or interference; Duly investigate reports or complaints by employees on workplace activities via our “Departmental Enquiry Committee” and take necessary actions; Encourage employees to take part in community service and charitable activities such as volunteering; Maintain and build good relationships with the local community; Communicate this policy to all employees and place them in readily accessible areas; Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations;
  • Business Continuity Policy
    Resources Group Logistics (“RGL”) is committed to being prepared in the event of significant business interruptions. We firstly assess, identify and prioritize the processes that have the most impact on the business' financial and operational functions. Once these critical processes are identified, we draw up a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to establish and implement procedures that will help us continue operations as much as is reasonably practicable in the event of threats, disruptions, and emergencies. We are continuously trying to improve our resiliency in the face of uncertainties by executing our BCP in simulations to ensure that we are always prepared.
  • Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) Policy
    Integrated Management System Policy Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Resources Group Logistics Co., Ltd establishes, implements, and maintains this Policy, that is: appropriate to the purpose and context of our organisation; supporting our strategic direction and providing a framework for setting our Objectives of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety; and protecting our people, community, and environment by fulfilling the organisation’s compliance obligation and complying with the legal and other requirements. Resources Group Logistics is committed to: achieve competitive excellence and provide our customers with efficient services to meet or exceed their expectation and satisfaction; protect the environment; provide safe and healthy working conditions for employees and contractors by eliminating hazards, reducing Occupational Health and Safety Risks, and ensuring consultation and participation of employees, and their representatives; accomplish continual improvement of the Integrated Management System.
